It has come to our attention that a number of unauthorised websites including the websites of https://mount-hebe-hk.com, https://mounthebe-hk.online, https://www.mounthebe-hk.com and https://mounthebe.org (the “Bogus Websites”) are falsely representing themselves as the official website of, or as being affiliated with, Mount Hebe. Some of the Bogus Websites have also reproduced, without authorisation, substantial portions of the content of the official Mount Hebe website, with a view to deceiving members of the public into making investments through these Bogus Websites or their respective operators.
Please note that these Bogus Websites are not operated by the Vendor or any member of the Group and have no connection whatsoever with Mount Hebe.
We have never authorized any person and/or company to operate any website relating to the Development. We would like to remind our customers and the general public to be alert and cautious of websites with domain names similar to the official website of the Development.
If there shall be any person and/or company operating any website relating to the Development without our authorization, we shall take appropriate action regarding those websites.
